What Are Free Radicals?

Free Radicals are atoms that are damaged and unstable. Free Radicals cause a chain reaction of damage and continue to cause damage until stopped by Antioxidants.

Excess Free Radicals cause the body to age faster and develop degenerative disease.

Free Radicals change structure on the inside and on the outside of the body, reducing the overall health of the body with the result of aging the body faster.

Free Radicals Cause:

1. Damaged skin causing Wrinkles and Aging

2. Damaged arteries causing Hypertension;

3. Damaged artery lining causing Arteriosclerosis or plaque build-up along artery walls;

4. Damage to DNA/RNA causing Mutations, inefficient repair and cancer development; and
5. Damage to insulin receptors causing Diabetes

A Thanksgiving Poem

'TWAS THE NIGHT OF THANKSGIVING,
BUT I JUST COULDN'T SLEEP.
I TRIED COUNTING BACKWARDS,
I TRIED COUNTING SHEEP.

THE LEFTOVERS BECKONED -
THE DARK MEAT AND WHITE,
BUT I FOUGHT THE TEMPTATION
WITH ALL OF MY MIGHT.

TOSSING AND TURNING WITH ANTICIPATION,
THE THOUGHT OF A SNACK BECAME INFATUATION.
SO, I RACED TO THE KITCHEN, FLUNG OPEN THE DOOR,
AND GAZED AT THE FRIDGE, FULL OF GOODIES GALORE.
GOBBLED UP TURKEY AND BUTTERED POTATOES,
PICKLES AND CARROTS, BEANS AND TOMATOES.

I FELT MYSELF SWELLING SO PLUMP AND SO ROUND,
'TIL ALL OF A SUDDEN, I ROSE OFF THE GROUND.
I CRASHED THROUGH THE CEILING, FLOATING INTO THE SKY,
WITH A MOUTHFUL OF PUDDING AND A HANDFUL OF PIE.
BUT, I MANAGED TO YELL AS I SOARED PAST THE TREES....
HAPPY EATING TO ALL - PASS THE CRANBERRIES, PLEASE.

What is Electrolysis?

If you have read any of my Michigan Enagic® alkalized water posts, you have probably come across the words electrolysis. Before I started my own Enagic® pH water business in Livonia, I only had a vague idea of what this word meant.

Today’s post contains a brief explanation for Livonia, Farmington Hills, Bloomfield Hills, Novi and Detroit people interested in pH water produced by electrolysis.

Electrolysis is the process of using a direct electric current (DC) to trigger a chemical reaction in an ionic substance. By applying the current, chemical components can be separated and isolated.

Electrolysis has been used by scientists to discover and analyze elements and is valuable in many industries and manufacturing processes. For example, anodization using electrolysis treats metal products to become corrosion-resistant.

Enagic® water ionization and filtration machines use the process of electrolysis to change the pH balance of water. 

By adjusting the amount of electrolysis applied, water with specific pH levels can be produced.
