Many folks are taking a proactive approach to their health care. We all know that a lifestyle that includes a sensible diet, lots of exercise, and adequate stress management is really the best way stay happy and active.

It also goes a long way to prevent chronic illness and steep medical bills that can wipe you out financially even if you have health insurance through your employer.
